A regional plant-hire company was running its hire desk and field service on two separate boxed products that didn't talk. We built them one platform: availability, dispatch, inspections, a due-back board with live ETAs, and accounts output their bookkeeper accepts.
Drivers run a native app — passkey login, GPS-checked mileage with HMRC-rate driver/passenger pay, certificate gates at dispatch so nothing leaves the yard uninspected.
