Who we are
Mastercopy Studios is the software development arm of Mastercopy, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact: sales@mastercopy.co.uk or 01642 750404.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, company and the message you write, so we can respond to you. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated).
The website assistant (Inka) processes the messages you type in order to answer them, and if you ask to be contacted, the details you provide are sent to our team as an enquiry. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Who processes it
Enquiries are delivered to our team by email. Assistant conversations are processed by our AI infrastructure provider to generate replies. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing sales@mastercopy.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded map is served by Google and is subject to Google's own policies.
