How we handle it

Your complaint goes to a director — not a queue. We'll investigate, keep you informed, and aim to resolve matters within ten working days. If it takes longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect an answer.

After 37 years in business we've learned the same lesson print taught us: fix it properly the first time, and say so plainly if we got it wrong.
